Overview

NB: All information is given as guideline. We always recommend that you perform a test cut and print prior to production. Not suitable for Nylon or coated fabrics.

Film Thickness 170 micron Satin Twill Fabric. 60 micron hot melt adhesive. Tolerance +-10 microns
Washing Instructions 40C standard. Do not tumble dry. Can be ironed inside out, on a low heat. Do not use fabric softeners, whiteners & stain removers.
Storage Conditions Store in an upright position, away from direct sunlight. 10C to 25C

  • Cut your text or design directly and weed out excess film.
  • Set your heat press to 190°C to 200°C.
  • Print your design in reverse onto Sublimation Paper.
  • Align your sublimation paper onto your SubliSatin.
  • Press for 20 to 25 seconds with medium pressure.
  • Peel the Sublimation Paper when cool.
  • Transfer the SubliSatin now printed with your design onto your garment by pick & place.
  • Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
  • Press for 5 seconds. Use a Teflon Sheet to protect the design.
