Combine with Indie Ink for Dae Ha, specifically formulated for Dae Ha DTF Film, to yet further enhance the special coatings that are applied to the film, to bring out true colours, maximum opacity and the most vibrant of transfers available. 

Important Information:

Our film is equipped with premium coatings that set it apart from others in the market. To MAXIMISE the benefits of using Dae Ha DTF Film, you may need to make some adjustments to your printer settings. These might include ink volume being laid down, profile settings as our DTF Film brings a fantastic colour match to the original artwork, heating plate temperatures, line speed, hot melt shaker speed, curing oven temperature, and if applicable on your machine, the gap between the oven lamps and the film. Additionally, it's essential to consider the temperature and relative humidity of your print room, as these factors can impact your print results and the required settings for the heating plates or oven.

All information is given as a guideline and the technical information and recommendations above are based on our test results. We therefore highly recommend that you perform test prints, prior to production.

  • Set your heat press to 140°C to 150°C - As low as 120°C for large designs.
  • Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
  • Press for 8 seconds to 10 seconds.
  • Instant Hot Peel. Alternatively, you can peel warm or cold without issue.
  • NB: The printed design must be 80-90% dry before applying hot melt powder, and 100% dry after the curing process.
  • Suitable for Cotton, Polyester, mixtures of poly/cotton, Acrylics.
