Introducing Dae Ha Subli-Inkjet PU in White & Transparent, for use with Sublimation or Inkjet printers.

The main advantage of Subli-Inkjet PU is that you can use household standard printers without purchasing a new printing machine. With an incredibly soft and thin material, Subli-Inkjet PU will allow you to Sublimate onto 100% white cotton garments (other fabrics also apply), like never before.

With a finished design looking and feeling as close to screen print as you’re likely to achieve with an HTV, the world of Sublimation has just been expanded.

A transfer paper for use with Sublimation & Inkjet printers, printing a design for your T-shirt with Dae Ha products has become even easier.

Currently for use with no Application Tape.

Available in A4 sheets with no minimum order quantity.
Also Available in 500mm Rolls.

NB: All information is given as guideline. We always recommend that you perform a test cut and print prior to production. Not suitable for Nylon or coated fabrics.

Heat Transfer Vinyl

Film Thickness	75 micron Skin (White) / 40 micron Skin (Transparent) - 50 micron hot melt adhesive (White) / 10 micron hot melt adhesive (Transparent) - Tolerance ± 10 microns
Washing Instructions	40C inside out wool/gentle wash. Do not tumble dry. Can be ironed inside out, on a low heat. Allow 24hrs after application before washing. Do not use fabric softeners, whiteners & stain removers.
Storage Conditions	Away from direct sunlight. 10°C to 25°C

How to use Subli-Inkjet PU

To get the best result, please refer to the below transfer options and apply them on your tests.

*Print on the textured side of the A4 sheet.

Option 1 for White and Transparent colour

1. Print and cut directly onto the face of the film. Do not mirror design.

2. Weed out excess film.

3. Lift off design by hand, being careful not to stretch the design.

4. Place on garment and cover with protective sheet.

5. Choose the press conditions from the below table depends on the film color and the ink type.

6. Peel the Application Tape when it is cool.

Option 2 Transparent

1. Print your text or designs in reverse and cut.

2. Weed out excess film.

3. Put the printed side on the garment without removing PET liner.

Hotmelt will pass through the skin and stick to the garment when heat pressed.

4. Choose the press conditions from the below table depends on the ink type.

5. Peel the PET liner when it is cool.

*The Subli-Inkjet PU itself will adhere to the garment on 155℃ ~ 160℃. But the higher temperature is recommended if the designs are printed with Subli Ink in order to make the designs more vivid and vibrant. If you print the design with inkjet printer, 155℃ ~ 160℃ is enough as higher temperature would not affect the vibrance of the designs.
