For same day despatch, please order before 16:00 Monday to Friday (Delivered next working day - 2 Days Non UK Mainland & Scottish Highlands).

  • UK - Next working day delivery for orders over £98.50.
  • UK - 2 to 3 Working day delivery for orders between £50.00 and £98.50. Need your order in a hurry, upgrade your order for next working day delivery for just £3.95.
  • Ireland - 2 Working days for orders over £98.50.
  • Europe - 2 to 5 Working day delivery for orders over £250.00.

** All mainland UK orders are despatched via DPD Local / DPD. Non mainland UK, EU and Rest of the World orders are shipped with DPD, DHL, TNT or UPS. A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders.

DPD Local / DPD - You will be notified by DPD Local / DPD via text message or email with tracking details and what time your delivery will be made within a given hour. If the time given is not suitable, you will have the option to have your order delivered to a neighbour, to collect it from your nearest DPD depot or to change the delivery date.

NEW DPD DELIVERY PROCESS - 15/03/20

DPD Local continues to implement new plans in response to the Coronavirus situation in the UK following advice issued by HM Government.

With immediate effect, DPD will no longer ask customers to sign their handheld units and instead their drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit, and take a photo of the location of where they have delivered your order.

With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.

This now forms the DPD proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.
