A Printable (Digital) Block Out film that creates the ultimate barrier to sublimation dyed textiles, such as sports shirts. Prevents colour bleed through and is therefore excellent for names, numbers and sponsors logos, where you want your transfers to really stand out.

Suitable for eco-solvent, solvent & latex inks / printers only.

Overview

NB: All information is given as guideline. We always recommend that you perform a test cut and print prior to production. Not suitable for Nylon or coated fabrics.

Continuous Roll Length (Quantity = Number of Meters) 1-50m
Film Thickness 80 micron Printable Block Out PU film. 60 micron hot melt adhesive. Tolerance +-15 microns.
Washing Instructions 40C standard. Can be tumble dried on a low setting and ironed inside out, on low heat. Do not use fabric softeners, whiteners & stain removers.
Storage Conditions Store in an upright position, away from direct sunlight. 10C to 25C.

Sublimation Print No
  • Print and cut directly onto the face of the film. DO NOT MIRROR design.
  • Use an application tape to transfer your design to the garment.
  • Ensure there are no air bubbles between your transfer and application tape.
  • Set your heat press to 150°C to 160°C.
  • Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
  • Press for 10 seconds.
  • Peel the release liner when it is hot, warm or cold.
