Semiautomatic heat transfer press with extricable lower plate
The LTS 500C is a semi-automatic press with a magnet lock. It is particularly suitable for applying transfer materials and sublimation transfers onto larger textiles.
The big difference between LTS 500C and the similar LTS 510C is the extricable lower plate. This plate allows even simpler positioning of the fabrics and logos to print.
The transfer process starts by pulling down the smooth-running hand lever. The digital temperature control includes both audio and clear visual signals to indicate the automatic release time – making your work easier. Pressure can be continuously adjusted by turning an easily accessible set dial.
The automatic release of the upper heating plate and the precise adjustability of operating temperature, pressure, and time facilitate fast and safe work on all kinds of textiles. The semiautomatic function will ensure an automatic, gentle opening after the timer releases. You will hear a discreet acoustic alert, while the heating plate almost silently slides upwards. The automatic opening function helps in further respects: it’s safer for the transfer and textile, because the press opens automatically and the application parameters are always met. And you are free to leave your workstation e.g. for a telephone call.
The support plate of the LTS 500C features a special silicone overlay and a heat resistant nomex cover. The heating plate is covered with a teflon overlay.
High-quality Mikanit heating technology provides quick warm up. Even and constant operating temperature is guaranteed as well as extended durability of the heating elements. The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control transfer time and operating temperature.
The LTS 500C is also available in 100 x 80 cm with the LTS 510C.

NEW DPD DELIVERY PROCESS - 15/03/20
DPD Local continues to implement new plans in response to the Coronavirus situation in the UK following advice issued by HM Government.
With immediate effect, DPD will no longer ask customers to sign their handheld units and instead their drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit, and take a photo of the location of where they have delivered your order.
With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
This now forms the DPD proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.
