Convenient and powerful double press
The LTS 760 and LTS 750 are perfect heat transfer presses for manufacturers of sporting goods, team suppliers, and workwear garment manufacturers. Its double support plate allows you to work fast: while one textile is being printed you can already prepare the next one on the other plate.
Both models provide a swivel heating plate and two support plates (LTS 760: 45 x 60 cm · LTS 750: 40 x 50 cm) and have been specially developed for digital printing and sublimation techniques. These models offer crucial advantages over hand-operated presses.
Their most noteworthy characteristics include extremely high contact pressure (2.5 – 8 bar) and – because it is an automatic press – ease of use. The transfer process is conveniently initiated by pushing two control buttons. After completion, the heating plate lifts automatically.
Thanks to its modular design, only one press is required to print shirts, jackets, bags, lanyard keychains, and even caps: a variety of support plates can be quickly and conveniently interchanged.
With swivel presses, the heating plate can be swiveled to one side, so that the support plate is no longer covered by it. This simplifies your work process in two respects: first, mounting the textile is even more convenient, and secondly, you have a clear view of the entire textile, allowing easy positioning of the transfer. Only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the freestanding support plate. Prints previously applied to the textile remain unaffected, and creases impairing the printing result (usually caused by two layers) are easily avoided.
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control transfer time and operating temperature. High-quality heating technology provides quick warm up. Even and constant operating temperature is guaranteed as well as extended durability of the heating elements.

In addition to the original support plate, plates in custom sizes and formats are available.
Popular sizes include breast pocket format (12 x 13 cm) the oblong format for transferring onto sleeves and trouser legs (15 x 38 cm). New is the rectangular format for kids or women’s t-shirts (25 x 38 cm) as well as a trapezoidal format for umbrellas, as well as footballs. We can also produce any customised dimensions to fulfil your requirements.
All cap sets allow you to move the support plate carriage back and forth. This essential functionality makes it possible to print on the various forehead heights of caps: The adjustable carriage makes optimum positioning possible for transfer under the bent heating plate.
This press is also available in a smaller version (LTS 750) or with just one support plate (LTS 560). The LTS 760 PA features an automatic side swivel. All pneumatic presses are optimally supported by our large volume compressors.

NEW DPD DELIVERY PROCESS - 15/03/20
DPD Local continues to implement new plans in response to the Coronavirus situation in the UK following advice issued by HM Government.
With immediate effect, DPD will no longer ask customers to sign their handheld units and instead their drivers will sign it on your behalf. DPD will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit, and take a photo of the location of where they have delivered your order.
With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
This now forms the DPD proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice.
